Is Your Seatbelt Still Fastened?

It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving. As many predicted, since November 4th what we’ve seen is a S#$% Show. I have been glued to my go-to channels trying to decipher every move being made by the adversaries in what I believe amounts to a battle for the soul of our nation.

Things are moving so fast and are so confusing it’s difficult to keep up. Take for example what happened in Georgia yesterday. Learning that election officials planned to wipe the November 3rd election data from the voting machines Team Trump filed for an emergency injunction in Federal Court to stop what would have amounted to destruction of evidence. The judge granted the injunction. The Leftist defendants went into action and within a couple of hours the judge reversed his decision on a technicality. The Parler-sphere (what used to be the Twitter-sphere) exploded crying “foul”! Late last night the judge reversed again, slapping the injunction back on. Can you imagine the frenzy of lawyers crowded around the bench in the courtroom arguing this? AND THIS IS JUST ONE STATE!

I don’t really know where this is going to end up. I said months ago that the Democrats’ strategy was to create chaos and run out the clock. That’s precisely what they did in what in retrospect looks like a truly spy-novel-worthy way. In my head and heart I cannot nor will I ever believe that Joe Biden won the election. As jubilant as the Left is that he did, I don’t even think THEY believe it, even less perhaps than we did when Trump won in 2016!

Proving Trump won and Biden lost, or at least reaching the Supreme Court with evidence that the whole election was sufficiently tainted that a so-called “contingent election” is absolutely necessary (see Article 2, Section 1 and the 12th Amendment) is a legal and political cat and mouse game played in a labyrinth. If the State legislatures don’t step up sufficiently to represent the people’s true wishes, I hope and pray SCOTUS will look beyond deadline dates and technicalities to save our nation from what would be the greatest debacle and injustice ever perpetrated on the American people.

Yesterday, I penned a letter to the Supreme Court Justices that I published on Parler. It summarizes where I am at this point.

Dear SCOTUS Justices,

The vast majority of Americans know the Nov 3rd election was fraught with irregularities and violations of state and federal statutes at least, and at worst, unprecedented fraud. We are at a huge disadvantage trying to ferret out the truth of who honestly won the election. We want justice but are ill-equipped to seek and obtain it given the complexities of our judicial system. Justice would consist of a transparent and honest audit of the results, or if that is impossible, proceeding forth with a contingent election per Article Two, Section 1, clause 3 and the 12th Amendment. Either can only happen if YOU decide they can.

Please search your hearts and minds, setting aside all legal technicalities, as to what is best for our nation. As our third branch of government, we implore you to take it upon yourselves to do what is right for our country.

Sincerely and with respect,

Grumps & The American People

Thanksgiving 2020

It’s difficult to toss out the words “Happy Thanksgiving” today. Today, while we have much to be grateful for, we also have much to be alarmed, appalled, astonished and angry about! How many of us have turned ‘2020’ into an expletive and said something to the effect of “Can’t wait till 2021!”

On this Thanksgiving Day let’s not forget:

1) It was Lincoln, our first Republican President, who established the last Thursday in November as a holiday “for Thanksgiving and Praise”;

2) The Republican Party was founded as an ANTI-SLAVERY party, i.e. on the principle of FREEDOM for all.

Today, our freedom is blatantly under attack by bureaucrats who think they will help us by denying us freedom and making us increasingly reliant on THEM.

We have been bleeding freedom from a thousand cuts through my lifetime. Today as my wife and I sit down to dinner WITHOUT OUR FAMILY AROUND US we will try to remember the freedoms we still have, but we will mourn those we’ve lost. Tomorrow, with renewed courage, I for one will continue to do everything in my power to fight the metastatic cancer of totalitarianism, collectivism, the Nanny State, in short, LEFTISM, that is palpably rampant throughout our republic.

May freedom-loving, self-reliant, hardworking, God-fearing and charitable American patriots everywhere be thankful for what freedoms we have left and valiantly stand shoulder-to-shoulder together in this fight against against Evil, encroaching tyranny, and the “enemies foreign and domestic” trying to “fundamentally transform” our nation and society!

And may God bless America in this time of crisis!

Goodbye Wall Street Journal

I’ve been a Wall Street Journal subscriber for over fifty (!) years. Today I cancelled my subscription. The paper has been exhibiting increasing left-wing bias for some time now, and today a straw broke the camel’s back. It was a headline that appeared on my iPhone something to the effect of, “Trump moves ahead with transition to Biden after weeks of delay.”

It was that gratuitous, sniveling, “after weeks of delay” that really angered me. Not only was the WSJ among the first to start calling Biden the President Elect, but the editorial content and articles it has published concerning the election have virtually all capitulated to the Leftist, “woke” script. I can’t take it anymore.

The Journal used to be a voice of conservatism and while I understand that the Trump phenomenon has undermined the traditional support of corporate and financial America for the Republican Party, never would I have suspected that the WSJ would abandon the vast Silent Majority in an attempt to keep in the good graces of big business.

Here’s where the GOP rift now occurs. It’s big business against the upper middle, middle and working-modest-means population, what I will call America Firsters , a HUGE swath of our country! The WSJ is betting that it can ignore them while genuflecting in front of the multinational corporations.

I know something about this. I was a multinational and merchant banker for many years. While American based multinational banks and corporations started out as AMERICAN companies stretching their business models abroad, they have become something else. They have become TRANSNATIONAL businesses, with their focus almost exclusively on the top and bottom lines.

The Wall Street Journal has followed suit.

I support big business. Without it we would never have the defense and energy capabilities we now have. But Big Tech, and Big Pharma, and Big Banking…sorry, but you’ve lost me.

I will from this point forth be getting my financial news and data from other sources: the less they are tied to Big (aka Fake News) Media and the more independent they are, the better. These include Newsmax, One America News, Zero Hedge and direct market quotes form the exchanges. I’ll still listen, for the moment, to Maria Bartiromo, Stu Varney, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity, but whether I continue to do so remains to be seen.

May God bless America!

Count Me Among the Stawarts

None, and I mean none of the cable or broadcast news media question the outcome of the election anymore. “President Elect Joe Biden continues to forge ahead with plans for his cabinet despite unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud by Trump,” is typical of the banter one hears. The tsunami of fait accompli saturating the airwaves drowns out the 70 plus million of us who are seeing with our own eyes the affidavits alleging fraud and the investigative reporting that provides further evidence of Leftist malfeasance. Add to them our intuition that there’s no way that the weak, demented and corrupt Joe Biden received 78 million legitimate votes, more than Hillary Clinton and more than any candidate in history! And finally, don’t try to convince me that Joe Biden “ran away with the election” when the down ballot results showing wins in highly competitive races and gains in the House and state legislatures were all in the Republicans’ favor.

I’ve said before, here and on Parler, that I will not concede or accept Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as the President and Vice-President elect until either the House says so in a contingent election, the Supreme Court decides by rule of law, or Trump himself concedes.

So count me among the stalwarts who don’t believe the election “results” and hope, pray and in my gut believe that Trump did indeed win in a landslide only to have been declared the loser by a corrupt media and due to fraudulent voting, and that either the courts or state legislatures will do the right thing and ensure the true winner is inaugurated in January.

Count me among the citizens of this country who welcomed the reversals of Obama/Biden-era regulations, weakness, capitulation to adversaries and attempts to “fundamentally transform” our nation, and among those who, despite unease and sometimes even revulsion at Trump’s style and methods, believed and still believe his actions vastly improved our country and set us on a course back to the top of the hill and peace and prosperity for all.

Count me among those who do NOT believe there is systemic racism in our country and who are infuriated by the rioting and looting and desecration we see in our cities, as well as the physical assaults with impunity on those who support Trump.

And count me among those skeptics who look at the coronavirus data and see how it has been manipulated and exploited to achieve political ends, and among those who are sickened by the tyrannical, short-sighted diktats of state and local despots hypocritically imposing lockdowns and mask-wearing to the destruction of so many businesses and livelihoods and the detriment of our school children and their families.

Count me among those who are not so stupid as to think that if all 300 million or so guns in the United States were taken off the streets tomorrow, there would be no more gun violence. Common sense tells us that within a few days there would be hundreds if not thousands of guns back on the streets, in the hands of criminals.

Count me among those who have turned off professional sports because of its genuflection to “wokeness”. What a load of horse you know what!

Count me among those who want smaller, not larger government and who want lower, not higher taxes.

Count me among those who have seen the good our country has done around the world and who stand at attention with their hands over their hearts when the flag goes by or ‘Taps’ are played.

Count me among those who believe in God, that there is good and evil in the world, and who choose to try to do the former and eschew the latter.

And finally, count me among those who pray He will bless us in our endeavor to fight against and eradicate evil and gain back our rapidly eroding freedom.

What Now

“It ain’t over till it’s over”. The fireworks and dancing on stage in front of a handful of people after Biden was “projected” to have won the election was meant to create the perception that it’s a fait accompli. The grossly premature announcements by the Biden camp of how he will assemble a COVID task force on Monday, in other words, “get right to work” to be the President of All America is meant to serve the same purpose. Virtually everything saturating the air is just another ploy to demoralize, beat and steamroll us into submission. Difficult as it may be, ignore it!

Like I said, I’m not conceding anything until Trump does. While I am sick to my stomach about how the media, including Fox, are behaving as if this is a fait accompli, I try not to pay attention to them and continue to pray, hope and argue that ultimately the Supreme Court will be called upon to settle the matter, or the House, using the rule one-state-one-vote. If the former, I’ll accept what a conservative majority Court decides. If the latter, Trump will win because red states outnumber blue states.

In my opinion, the only thing the Trump campaign is doing wrong is putting Giuliani and some of these other known commodities out front on this. We need a new spokesman, one respected (at least nominally) by both sides, one who is beyond reproach. Maybe a Jonathan Turley? David Boise also comes to mind. There may be someone better but whomever they pick, part of the strategy needs to be winning the public relations battle, and we need a fresh face to expose the fraud, conduct the recounts and audits and/or lead the petition for a redo of the election. It ain’t over yet, but the Left, including all of its components, are trying to ram this thing down our throats, and I and I’m sure countless others are not buying what they’re selling. I hope the Trump team isn’t either and in addition to the legal efforts, start to counter with statements like the one yesterday:

“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process.  Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

“Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.

“So what is Biden hiding? I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands.”

– President Donald J. Trump”

If we can put forth such a spokesman and Trump can stay disciplined long enough to listen to his advisors and not step on his own tongue, letting the legal beagles do their thing, there’s a strong possibility the truth will come out and if, as I believe and 70 million of our fellow citizens also believe, that when all the legal ballots are counted and the illegal ones rejected Trump won, we’ll have our answer. If after exhausting all remedies Trump has lost, he’ll concede, as graciously as Trump can, as will I, and we’ll move to our own honest (not manifestly dishonest) “resistance” against the new administration.

In either case, I from this day forth will be trying hard to figure out how to hold the media and their institutional accomplices accountable for their supreme dishonesty and lack of integrity. For starters, I personally already left social media (except for Parler) long ago, including: Facebook, Twitter and Linked In, have changed my browser to Firefox and my default search engine to BING from Google. In the coming days I will be doing everything I can to wean off Gmail. Microsoft, while still Left biased, for the moment still seems to be less so than Google. I will also be exploring ways to reduce my reliance on the internet and cable tv for information. For the moment, I still monitor Twitter using the ‘handle’ @GrumpsReport and occasionally “tweet” but I can only take it in very small doses.

I have also started to study the laws surrounding elections in general: local, state and federal to see what can be done with fighting on in THIS election, as well as joining the groundswell of those who will demand our election process be reformed. For starters, I recommend perusing the website: https://ballotpedia.org. It seems to have the least biased reporting on the election and sections on what happens in the future depending on how each domino falls. It also discusses how a REDO petition could be mounted.

Finally, I will continue to speak out on GrumpsReport. Since starting the blog last year, the number of visitors and readership has grown steadily, without any promotion. Judging from the feedback I’ve received, I hope it continues to have a positive impact and contributes something useful to the discourse.

As I’ve been saying for months, barring fraud, Trump would win in a landslide. I stand by that statement. I have to. That half of our voting public could either: a) support Biden and all that his candidacy represented or b) hate Trump so much, is distressing and saddening. If he wins, it will be because the American people will have successfully pushed back an unprecedented onslaught from the Leftist foes and addled, somnolent or deluded lemmings arrayed against us.  If he loses, I for one will ache for what could have been, Trump will have helped stall and reverse our descent down the slippery slope and the America First movement will continue, perhaps more galvanized than ever.

This country was built on traditional values of right and wrong and above-all, freedom. Occasionally, over the years, through self-examination, we corrected wrongs, injustices and mistakes, but it has still done more to lift more people up throughout the world than any other nation in history. It has been grievously wounded by all that has occurred in recent decades, including this disgrace of an election, but it will heal again.

The S#*@ Show

I’ll try to avoid using the words fraud and steal in this post. It will be difficult. Here’s the crux of the debacle that was the election this year. Just as was trumpeted well before November 3rd, the process by which votes were solicited, collected, processed and counted was exposed to be woefully deficient. It is worthy of a banana republic, not the greatest and most technologically advanced nation in the world. What’s worse, and critical in a divided nation and close election, is an inability to verify the validity of both the voters and the votes.

It starts with voter identification. In too many places, one has only to show up with a driver’s license (or official substitute), fill out an affidavit, and be registered to vote on the spot. The voter registration form – the California form example is reproduced below as an example, has the applicant affirm he or she is a U.S. Citizen, etc.

When one fills out this form, even if a drivers license or social security card is presented, neither of which requires one to be a citizen, for identification, no positive evidence of citizenship is required. Sure, the applicant is committing perjury by signing the form, but you’d have to be truly naive to think that unqualified persons actually pay attention to that certification. If you’re here illegally, or are not a citizen, do you really fear enforcement? Of course not.

Nowhere is this flaw in our system more apparent than in the motor voter and same-day-registration. It’s no wonder the Left wants to allow illegal aliens in. Even before they are wholesale granted citizenship so they become a permanent Leftist voting block, their ability to register to vote, illegally, is facilitated by the drive-up-and-fill-out-this-form mechanism. On college campuses around the country, the registration of students with home/permanent addresses different from their temporary college dorm addresses to influence local elections is fundamentally improper. Their home address registrations are not cancelled when this happens. Temporary addresses while attending school should not be used for voter registration, yet they have been with unfair (charitably) impact. Such was the case in the election of Connecticut’s governor. His opponent led all day, by wide margins, until just before poll closing, when bags full of “votes” from New Haven (Yale) and Bridgeport (numerous schools), never questioned, miraculously appeared to tip the election in favor of the incumbent.

The second deficiency with our system and process is the fiction in voter rolls. There is not just anecdotal but  documented evidence that dead voters, illegal voters, voters who have moved away or unqualified voters appear on the rolls. These lists are used to send out absentee ballot applications which in turn, particularly in this election with the COVID canard, result in ballots being erroneously (to use a charitable term) mailed out to MANY people and addresses.

Third, while I appreciate that we have a republic which allows each state to decide how to conduct its elections, in my opinion there ought to be uniformity with regard to certain aspects of FEDERAL elections which by definition affect the entire country, such as rules concerning the timing and cutoffs of ballot presentation and the manner in which voters are qualified.

Fourth, the envelope within an envelope structure of the ballot prevents adequate validation and the elimination of the matching signature requirement invites irregularities (again, charity). Once the inner envelope, the one with the signature, is opened and the ballot separated from it, it is impossible to know whether the ballot is valid or not. Without human supervision of the process, unqualified (charity) ballots can no longer be identified and in retrospect, singled out for verification.

The whole process, therefore, invites and facilitates both errors and manipulation. While on the one hand millions upon millions of ballots are valid, qualified and submitted properly, as we now see, there can be enough with problems that the outcome can be changed and cast in doubt.

If I had a dollar for every invalid registration in this country, I would be, most certainly, a wealthy man.

We have clearly entered a post-truth era, a post-right-and-wrong era. The ability to influence perception and misperception has been magnified 1000x by the internet, social media and what I’ll call “production values” – the whole mechanism whereby reality is modified with visual, audio and timing effects using technology.

As of this writing the election results are still uncertain. The media has promoted a variety of different “realities”. I for one don’t accept ANY of them. What’s worse, I have no confidence that REAL reality will be discernible. “Perception is reality” is an oft used phrase that has multiple levels of interpretation. In the absence of TRUE truth, indelible truth, truth which is true irrespective of manipulation and production values…we have only our own perceptions and critical thinking abilities left to discern what it is.

My perception is that though now divided as a people into two nations, the majority albeit a smaller majority than I would have hoped, wanted a continuation of the policies and course set in place by the Trump administration rather than the alternative. It is not Trump who divided this country. It is the Left. It is not Trump who is racist, fascist, a puppet of special interests and foreign adversaries, it is the Left. It is not Trump who supports violence and looting and disorder in our streets. It is the Left. And it is not Trump who advocates the erasure of our history, the cancelling of our heritage. It is the Left. And so on and so forth.

I don’t believe the country really wants what the Left has put lipstick on. That’s MY reality, and I pray Right and TRUE Truth prevail in the days, weeks and months ahead.

May our country be spared and traditional values be preserved.

Game Day

First, some context. I live in a solidly blue, suburban town. It is not in a swing state, it’s one of those unquestionably considered Democrat and it has reliably been so for as long as I’ve been around, which is well over half a century. I suspect that most Republican voters cast their ballots not because they believe it will make a difference in the outcome, but out of patriotism and duty.

I’ve just returned from reconning my voting location, a local high school gymnasium. At 20 minutes from the time the polls opened at 6:00 AM there was a line about 50 yards long down the sidewalk emanating from the entrance door. Across from the entrance on a small embankment was a gaggle of Biden-Harris signs. By stark contrast I noted that nowhere to be seen either on that lawn area nor on the way over were there any readily visible Trump-Pence signs. Our local paper and town blogs have had numerous stories about how GOP signs from the top down have been vandalized over the last couple of months. It goes to show just how angry, vile and repugnant the hardened Left is.

The people in line seemed solemn and all were dignified. Strikingly, there was no way to tell who people were going to vote for. No MAGA hats, no bright blue indicators, no pins or descriptors of any kind. There was little animation, little discussion going on…just a quiet, almost reverential queue. Most but not all wore masks, and many of those who did had them down below their noses, their disdain and grudging compliance in full view.

Here’s my take. I surmise that the vast majority of those voters in line were going to vote for Trump-Pence as well as the down-ballot Republicans. And I believe that the number of voters throughout the state who will similarly vote Republican today will be greater than in either 2016 or 2018. It may not make a difference to the outcome for the presidency, but I can’t help but wonder if it will make a difference down-ballot, with gains for the GOP in county-wide and local contests. It just might.

As I turned on the tv upon returning home I was deluged with talking heads, of course, and notably, all commented either directly or indirectly on THE NUMBERS. It struck me that everyone is substantiating their opinion based on reported data of one sort or another. This genuflection to THE NUMBERS is laughable. First, the numbers are frequently, in fact most of the time, WRONG! Sampling is about as inexact a science as there is. It’s based on the faulty and dubious assumption that the sample is representative. Far more often than not, human nature being what it is, it isn’t.

But it sells ad revenue. The more controversy, the more drama, the more conflict, the more blood, the more people are gripped and the more they watch the accident by the side of the road.

As we saw in 2016, what matters is the scoreboard at the end of the game. I’ve taken my omeprazole, have had my two cups of coffee, have turned the sound off on my tv, turned on my Parler, stock market and classical music playlist feeds, and settled in for what will be a long day. About 6:00 PM I’ll start my deep breathing exercises and continue my vigil well, I suspect, into the night. This IS the most consequential election of my lifetime, and may very well determine the course our country will take for the next generation. Whether we are led by pragmatic adults or dysfunctional utopian dreamers will be determined. The adults, I maintain, will prevail.

May God bless America and despite our faults and inadequacies, give us the leadership we need.

Mandate

I’ve been saying for some time that the Left will go down in ignominious defeat tomorrow and I stand by that prediction. The American people have had enough of their petulance and histrionics. Social media makes it seem as if the Left represents more of our country than it actually does. Like the screaming and foot-stomping toddler or the obnoxious, rebellious adolescent, the Left begs for attention and ego food.

Have you watched Joe Biden and Kamala Harris at all? Biden is trying to overcome his lack of stamina, energy and mental acuity by yelling, no practically SCREAMING (.sic!) at the cameras in front of him. Wow he’s angry! If that isn’t a reflection of insecurity and resignation I don’t know what is! And Harris’ affected, cackling laugh psychologists will tell you is also a coping method for insecurity and a lack of conviction. That’s not just leading from behind. That’s leading from the behind!

What will the Trump win mean? I believe it will be a final repudiation of the nonsense and drivel that has been coming out of the mouths of the Left for years. It will be nothing less than a MANDATE to reclaim the traditional values and principles upon which this country was founded and built. It will represent the bottom of the slippery slope…the depths to which the Left have dragged us, and the beginning of the long, tough and fraught-with-obstacles climb back up.

For the Left will not die…the main stream media will see to that. They will weep, wail and gnash their teeth, crying foul, repeating their calls for “resistance”. Slowly, but surely, however, when their advertising revenues dwindle to nothing and their wealthy donors decide to stem their losses and start backing the winners, the MSM will retire their puerile talking heads and replace them first, with moderate voices, then patriotic voices as they desperately try to restore their revenues and profits.

We’ve had to endure sharp vicissitudes over the last 100 years: the Great Depression, the encroachment of the government in every aspect of our lives that began with the New Deal, two world wars, fallout from the Civil Rights movement, Watergate, the advent of public sector unions and the impact that had on education and the explosion of the regulatory bureaucracy, the Space Race, the Vietnam War, Rubik’s Cubes and Pacman, Watergate, the Beatles, the Lewinsky affair, 9-11 and the biggest tipping point of all…the advent of the World Wide Web and social media.

What now does this election portend? A new era of stability and prosperity, of peace and self-reliance, an extinguishing of the Leftist flames of hate, violence, division, class warfare, godlessness, nanny-statism, socialist absurdity and globalism…in short, a restoration of Freedom and meritocracy, of TRADITIONALISM!

A “Dark Winter”?? No…

A NEW, BRIGHT DAWN!

Attention GOP Voters in Blue States

Many Republicans and conservative or traditional independents living in Blue States intuitively feel their vote doesn’t matter – that the state is going to vote Democrat so their vote won’t count anyway. Not so! It DOES MATTER! Here’s why…

As Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich has urged, “If you think you live in an area that is hopelessly blue and your vote doesn’t matter, consider the Republican takeover of Congress in 2010, in which we picked up 63 seats.” In that same year, he explained, Massachusetts elected a GOP Senator (Scott Brown) for the first time since 1972! In Illinois, Joe Walsh beat Democrat congresswoman Melissa Bean by 300 or so votes!

In 1980 Reagan was down 8 points behind Carter a week before the election. On Election Day, Reagan’s electoral victory was 489-49!

As Speaker Gingrich points out, “No matter where you live, you cannot believe polls. Nearly all the major national polls were dead wrong in 2016, and nothing substantial has changed in the way that these same Washington Beltway pollsters are surveying Americans today. They continue to over-sample Democrats, under-sample Republicans, and focus on largely liberal urban and suburban areas while ignoring the middle of the country. There is no reason to believe the big Biden lead some of these polls are reporting.”

Even if it turns out that your state votes Blue, the stronger the Republican showing, the more pressure is put upon the elected to watch their backs and not wholesale rubber stamp every dumb leftist idea!

As for the distressing stories and words coming out of the mouths of Democratic/leftist, as well as RINO talking heads on Fox News that seem to bear the same weight as GOP/traditional voices… as Sean Hannity famously says, “Net not your heart be troubled”. Fox is a for-profit commercial company. Stirring up controversy, showing the conflict between Right and Left earns them ratings, which earns them profits. That anger that brews in your gut when you hear a Fox reporter or commentator say things that sound surprisingly leftist, just remember that when they do that it gives Leftists a reason to watch, thus generating revenue and profit for Fox as well!

If you really can’t stand hearing any leftist drivel (I know that the vast majority of my readers don’t watch the MSM except for amusement or entertainment value), I recommend One America News Network and Newsmax TV.

And for those of us who are news junkies, feeling our blood pressure jump up and down like a crazy stock market, I suggest turning off the tv and your computer altogether, putting on some soothing classical music, and picking up a good series of books, like William F. Buckley’s Blackford Oakes novels.

However you choose to spend the next few days until the marathon viewing session we’re all going to undertake on November 3rd and 4th…

MAKE SURE YOU VOTE, AND DO SO WITH YOUR BRAINS, NOT YOUR HEARTS! Set the theatrics aside and ask yourself, “Who, for President and at the state and local level, will help me, my family and my country more?” The answer should be obvious.

Crucial/Supplemental Quotes for the Day

Following are two quotes, one from Mark Levin on the subject of the corrupt media and one, from Tony Bobulinski, the former Biden family corruption enterprise partner that are a must read. They are reproduced, with attribution and credit, in full, below:

“For years the media tried to create a corruption scenario around President Trump and his family and utterly failed.  They lied, spun, deceived, you name it.  A daily drumbeat of propaganda. Now, where there’s a great deal of evidence of corruption developing around Joe, his son Hunter, &other family members, the media are actually defending Biden through various schemes, such as attacking Rudy Giuliani, concocting a “Russian disinformation” campaign& all the rest Never before has our country been confronted with such a corrupt and dishonest media enterprise.” Mark Levin, on Parler, 9:10 AM, October 22, 2020

“My name is Tony Bobulinski. The facts set forth below are true and accurate; they are not any form of domestic or foreign disinformation. Any suggestion to the contrary is false and offensive. I am the recipient of the email published seven days ago by the New York Post which showed a copy to Hunter Biden and Rob Walker. That email is genuine.

This afternoon I received a request from the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs and the Senate Committee on Finance requesting all documents relating to my business affairs with the Biden family as well as various foreign entities and individuals. I have extensive relevant records and communications and I intend to produce those items to both Committees in the immediate future.

I am the grandson of a 37 year Army Intelligence officer, the son of a 20+ year career Naval Officer and the brother of a 28 year career Naval Flight Officer. I myself served our country for 4 years and left the Navy as LT Bobulinski. I held a high level security clearance and was an instructor and then CTO for Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. I take great pride in the time my family and I served this country. I am also not a political person. What few campaign contributions I have made in my life were to Democrats.

If the media and Big Tech companies had done their jobs over the past several weeks I would be irrelevant in this story. Given my long standing service and devotion to this great country, I could no longer allow my family’s name to be associated or tied to Russian disinformation or implied lies and false narratives dominating the media right now.

After leaving the military I became an institutional investor investing extensively around the world and on every continent. I have traveled to over 50 countries. I believe, hands down, we live in the greatest country in the world.

What I am outlining is fact. I know it is fact because I lived it. I am the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family. I was brought into the company to be the CEO by James Gilliar and Hunter Biden. The reference to “the Big Guy” in the much publicized May 13, 2017 email is in fact a reference to Joe Biden. The other “JB” referenced in that email is Jim Biden, Joe’s brother.

Hunter Biden called his dad “the Big Guy” or “my Chairman,” and frequently referenced asking him for his sign-off or advice on various potential deals that we were discussing. I’ve seen Vice President Biden saying he never talked to Hunter about his business. I’ve seen firsthand that that’s not true, because it wasn’t just Hunter’s business, they said they were putting the Biden family name and its legacy on the line.

I realized the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial ROI. They were looking at this as a political or influence investment. Once I realized that Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese, I took steps to prevent that from happening.

The Johnson Report connected some dots in a way that shocked me — it made me realize the Bidens had gone behind my back and gotten paid millions of dollars by the Chinese, even though they told me they hadn’t and wouldn’t do that to their partners.

I would ask the Biden family to address the American people and outline the facts so I can go back to being irrelevant — and so I am not put in a position to have to answer those questions for them.

I don’t have a political ax to grind; I just saw behind the Biden curtain and I grew concerned with what I saw. The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist controlled China.

God bless America.”
