What We Can Do About This

We ask ourselves, “What can we do to rebel against this Leftist surge without resorting to armed conflict?” There ARE things we can do. We often think, however, that one bit of effort on our part won’t make any difference. Perhaps not, but the one bit of effort on the part of MILLIONS can and will!

The fight begins with the courage to speak out. Someone suggested that at every opportunity, we state boldly, “Democrats are demonstrably, certifiably and manifestly RACIST!” That’s the truth and we need to state that individually and collectively. If millions get on board with the simple phrase: “Democrats are Racists”, all their banal vituperations, stamping of feet an histrionics will demonstrate what we traditionalists already know and further expose them to the somnolent lemmings who follow their hyena leaders.

Second, someone once said, “When your enemy is in the midst of doing something stupid, don’t stand in their way.” The 25th Amendment/Impeachment shenanigans is complete and utter idiocy. The accusation that Trump incited the riot at the Capitol is beyond ridiculous. The talk about censoring Republican congressmen who have voiced support for Section 530 repeal should be ejected from government is childish bullying. The demand that companies refrain from hiring Trump staffers is so over the top that only the most vindictive bottom-feeders would pay 2 cents worth of attention to it. So, let them keep it up and don’t stand in their way. The Democrats look more and more stupid and petulant by the day…no, by the HOUR!

Third, stop supporting Amazon, Facebook, Google, etc. I know it’s tough to shun Amazon. They have done to online shopping what FedEx did to snail mail. The conveniences afforded by Amazon and its ubiquity makes it particularly difficult. But there ARE alternatives. Search online for suppliers by simply looking up what you need. There’s almost always a small company or store who supplies what you’re looking for although you may have to go through several screens of search results to find them. Just today I was able to acquire a vitamin supplement that I “subscribed” on Amazon from a small online supplier. Cost differential…1% more. Time-to-delivery differerential….we’ll see, but I suspect no more than one day more than if I had ordered from Amazon.

And as for the search engines and web browsers, messenger apps, social connectivity and email providers you so commonly use: Google, Chrome, iMessage, FaceTime, Outlook…I strongly urge everyone to move to alternatives. For a search engine, use DuckDuckGo. For a web browser, use DuckDuckGo’s own web browser or Opera. Do NOT use Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer…these are all owned and operated by Leftists. For messenger app, I’m exploring either Telegram or Signal. I think I’m going to end up with Telegram because I like the anti-tech and anti-government/anti-tyranny attitude of its founders. It also streams content like Twitter does, so it serves a dual purpose. For social connectivity I have liked Parler but until it’s back online after its banishment from Amazon and Apple, all my favorite bloggers/commentators have moved to Telegram or Gab. I like Telegram better because the Gab guys seem “off” somehow, castigating Telegram as they have. As for email, I’m trying to figure out how to move from Outlook, which is part of my Office 365 Suite, to something like Proton mail. And, I’m looking at both LibreOffice and OpenOffice as alternatives to Office 365 anyway.

It’s not going to be comfortable or easy. As foreseen and cunningly planned by our new tech masters, the price of “free” is bondage. We have now so inculcated their products, channels, pipelines, apps, networks, etc. into our lives that it’s going to be difficult to extricate ourselves from their clutches.

But we must!

Again you think, “What difference is it going to make if I, one person, do this?” The answer, once again, is, “Virtually no difference.” But if MILLIONS do this, it’s going to hit these companies right where it hurts…in their wallets. Our journey/climb back up the slippery slope begins with one courageous soul taking the first step up the hill.

And as for government. It’s corrupt. It’s elitist. The judicial system is poisoned, biased and rigged against truth and justice. At every turn, we’re fighting not just Big Tech but City Hall, and City Hall has become predominantly and increasingly populated with Leftist thugs, Leftist morons, megalomaniacs, woke dysfunctional adolescents, limousine liberals to whom the rules don’t apply, or RINO’s who are far more concerned about their own skins than the people whom they’re supposed to serve. We must, nevertheless, attend the grass roots town meetings listening carefully until our temperatures rise sufficiently that we stand up and throw down the BS flag. I’ve seen time and time again that when a courageous patriot stands up and calls out Leftist idiocy and idiots in the public square, a lot of people agree and then also had the courage to stand up and push back on the drivel spewing forth from the Democrats’ and statists’ mouths!

A caution. We need to watch our backs. The Leftists have brainwashed so many otherwise sensible people into thinking the wildest and most ignorant things about our country, about the Trump presidency, about conservatives and constitutionalists and nationalists, that your own employer may very well persecute you in one way or another if you give any indication that you’re not “woke”. There are times to speak up and speak out and times to guardedly remain silent. Mixing religion or politics with work is foolhardy. If you’re constantly being fed Leftist propaganda by your employer, however, it’s time to start looking for another job.

And there WILL be other jobs. They wanted WOKE? They got AWAKE! Politically neutral and meritocratic, traditionally led and managed companies and organizations will not just spring up, but grow rampantly over the next few weeks and months. Keep you eyes open, your ear to the ground, and opportunity will arise from this debacle and current state of Idiocracy.

Hang in there people. Keep your seat belts fastened, your tray tables and seat backs in their full, upright position.

Why They Win

Human beings are either fundamentally Individuals or Groupies – Lions or Lemmings. The Left are Lemmings. They are stupid, cerebrally lazy, easily manipulated and ruled. A relatively few, megalomaniacal, attractive and articulate celebrity Lemming ‘leaders’ – Hyenas, tug at their heart strings, flatter them, overwhelm their God-given reasoning abilities with utopian fantasies and promise them prosperity and equality, and they march in lockstep. The Hyenas are demagogues, masters of deceit, twisters and shapers of perception, and thus “reality” for the Lemmings. They lie, delude themselves and the Lemmings, cheat, steal… will stop at nothing to achieve power and amass wealth for themselves.They are the few, the elite, the enlightened, who oversee the Lemming masses.

Hyenas constantly whine that the Lions “are trying to divide us”, “are selfish and mean”, are greedy, uncaring and unfeeling. They hate the Lions because they will not conform and obey. To garner power and control and keep the Lemmings brainwashed, Hyenas project onto the Lions everything of which they are guilty, which includes dividing people into identities and classes to more readily manipulate them, pitch them against one another, and then ride atop the fray as saviors, thus cementing their power. Conformity, obedience, collectivism, indoctrination…these are the principles that dominate the Lemming society.

It’s Karl Marx 101.

Lions think for themselves, have confidence in their own judgment and resist being ruled. They are providers, not takers, choose to congregate together bound by common values of truth, fairness, meritocracy, not because they have been coerced or manipulated to do so. They demand and assert freedom and the exercise of their free will. If they are led it’s because they selected their leaders, not because they were manipulated into turning over and subjecting their freedom.  

The reality is that the Lions are not trying to divide people, they simply know when they’re being fed bs and refuse to step into line. And because they’re individuals, they are NOT easily led. They must be persuaded to unite behind a common purpose. This takes time as the Lions’ critical thinking and BS monitors are always turned on. This makes them vulnerable. The Lemming Leaders incite the masses of unthinking followers to shout down the Lions with a collective, conformed voice. The Lions roar, but their roar is overwhelmed by the noise made by the Lemmings, so much so that some Lions even give up their freedom and join the Lemmings, turning on their own.

So Lemmings, led by demagogues, win because their masses surround and overwhelm individual Lions, or small prides of Lions.

Do we wish to be ruled by Hyenas, or rule ourselves?

THAT IS THE QUESTION THAT NOW RESTS BEFORE US!

With the Hyenas now virtually in control of all the levers of power, the Lions will have to decide how to use their superior strength, speed, cunning and real power to overthrow the Hyenas and restore freedom to the masses. No small task, as the Hyenas control the means of communication, can watch and listen to everything the Lions do, have infiltrators and spies everywhere, hold the purse strings and have the biggest megaphone that they’ve ever had.

Some of the Lions, though in the employ of the Hyenas, are already primed to exert the power and leadership they have over their prides and bond with other prides. Many will now have to be persuaded to join the fight against the Hyenas and Lemmings. It may take an apocalyptic ruining of freedom, democracy, our Republic to get the reluctant Lions to turn. New channels of communication, new leadership, new guerilla and insurgency techniques will be needed, but either the Lions unite and destroy the Hyenas, or the Hyenas will destroy both the Lions and the land.

Allow me some time to lick my wounds and paws, and then I will join other Lions in mounting and executing a campaign to rid the landscape of Hyenas, wake up Lemmings who can be awakened, and restore the traditional values, mores and institutions that have WORKED to bring peace and prosperity to mankind over thousands of years.

Moving Forward Without Moving On

Many of us are so angry at what has transpired not just in the election, but to our country altogether, that we either quietly or loudly talk about revolution, rebellion, armed insurrection, etc. Many have bought guns, are hoarding ammunition, and above and below ground organizations are springing up discussing what to do about the raping of our country by the Leftist, woke mob.  

Others are complacent, waiting for either the MOAB (the Mother of All Bombs) to drop or some event or action that will save us from this madness.

It’s January 1, 2021. The cavalry may not come, the Senate could fall into Democrat hands, Biden and Harris might actually be inaugurated on January 20th, and America will have not just descended all the way to the bottom of the slippery slope, but have replicated the scene at the bottom of Mt. Sinai when Moses came down with the tablets. The whooping and hollering, the recklessness, the profligacy and debauchery will overshadow the anguish those of us who believe in a traditional America will feel.

I used to think the Silent Majority would speak up and speak out, and believed the majority, albeit a small one, of Americans would reject the stupidity of the Left. I now fear that the dumbing down of two generations behind me, their surrender to peer pressure of social media and the perversion of the “knowledge” that was placed in their heads by too many of the recycled hippie teachers of MY generation, i.e. the brainwashing, has finally caught up with us. The levers of power in all our institutions are now in the hands of the base-of-Mt.Sinai misfits.

What can we do about this? I’ve been wrestling with this question for months as Leftist forces seem to have grown in size and power and the influence of the Right waned.

First, we must not concede defeat. Even if traditionalists are now a minority in our nation, we know our values are right and just and must stick up for them, set an example using them, have courage to defend them in the face of ridicule, condescension, belittlement.

Second, we must not let disappointment and sadness give way to despair. We must become happy rebels. Think of the hedgehog in cartoons that gets slapped hard and is sent flying across the room. He rolls into a ball, comes to a stop and  then with a grin stands up ready to fight again. We’ve got to learn to derive meaning and contentment by fighting back against evil. We must band together under the banners and slogans we all know: “Don’t tread on me”, “We have nothing to fear but fear itself”, “Never give up. Never, never give up”, “The colors of our flag don’t run”, “Land of the Free, Home of the Brave”, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction”, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing” and on and on.

Third, we must get fit physically. We need to shed the Covid pounds. We need to MOVE – even if we’re working from home, we need to force ourselves to get out of our chairs regularly and exercise. Just stretching and walking is helpful. We need to make physical activity a habit, not a chore.

Fourth, we must get fit morally. We have to practice Good (a.k.a. righteous) Principles that we know but have allowed to atrophy, starting with the Golden Rule. In our confinement we’ve gotten testy, short, frustrated, easily annoyed. We need to do unto others, starting with our own families, as we would like them to do unto us. And we need to consciously avoid the barrage of “trending” garbage coming at us from social media, television, Hollywood. We need to honor each other, be true and faithful to one another, seek to find the good in others instead of needing to find fault (tough task here!)

Fifth, we must restore faith. Whether we believe in God or not, we must recommit to believe in the principles of the Judeo-Christian tradition…the principles that have ALWAYS, IN ALL TIMES and ALL GENERATIONS, helped mankind to grow and prosper: Freedom, the tenets enshrined in the Ten Commandments, the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, belief in the dignity of Human Life, the Work Ethic, Meritocracy, common Decency, Self-reliance, Accountability, Kindness and Charity. If we have faith, we need to make it a habit to return to our houses of worship as soon as possible, to gather with others of like mind in fellowship. There is strength in numbers.

Sixth, we need to feed our souls with GOOD food. Uplifting literature, music, film, web destinations. There are many. I’ll devote another post to some we can rely on for inspiration, motivation and positive reinforcement of our principles.

Seventh, we have to keep our eyes and ears open and listen for the call to resist when and where needed. I’m not talking about armed rebellion. As angry as we are, we must stay under control, not give in, not give up, but not lose our cool. We need to “stay frosty” as the special forces and good guys would say.

So, no easy road ahead. But let’s breathe in, breathe out, stiffen our spines, do what’s right and even if we never get this mess turned around and aren’t able to climb out of the hole we’re in and back up the slippery slope, recognize that a journey of striving to promote Good, and Right and Truth will be a meaningful and gratifying one.

Christmas 2020

Wishing others “Merry Christmas” this year seems misplaced somehow. For millions of people around the world the day is hardly “merry”. While I try very hard to see the bright side and the cup half full, count blessings and prayerfully remain hopeful for the future, I can’t help but feel terribly sad, not for myself so much, but for those who have suffered, are still suffering and who will yet suffer from everything that is happening around and to us.

A couple of months ago I predicted that Trump would win in a landslide and the Left and the evil it embodies would be driven back down into the hell from which it emanated. Now I’m witnessing a tsunami of unleashed, woke hellhounds that forebodes a period of chaos such as has never been seen before in our history.

It truly is a tipping point. The forces of the Left, seemingly uncoordinated but actually, masterfully directed by skilled manipulators sewing fear and creating mass delusion, have successfully brainwashed and conditioned at least half if not more of our population to believe good is evil and evil good.

Our institutions have failed us. Our judicial system, for example, has stuck its head in the sand. I attribute this to human failings of vanity, inertia and self-interest. Judges from Night Court to Supreme Court glare down from their elevated daises, ruling their fiefdoms as if they were omnipotent, demand obeisance, treat all around them with condescension (contempt, really .sic), and rule on the basis of a convoluted, ambiguous set of administrative laws that having nothing to do either with justice or the well-being of the plaintiffs and defendants appearing before them. Often their rulings are arbitrary, sometimes vindictive and sometimes even malevolent. They rarely if ever contemplate the good of society or our country as a whole. Even if they DO rule based on conviction and a desire to do what’s right, they have been so warped by Leftist rot they actually believe that society is better off with gender-neutral bathrooms! Finally, since their own livelihoods depend on what I call “popular justice”, instead of halting the Leftist, metastatic idiocy, they let it slip through their courts, kick the can down the road or punt to a higher court to preserve their income and power.

In healthcare, the “scientists” and doctors are so contradictory that even they don’t know what’s going on with either the Wuhan Virus, the other health problems that have been exacerbated by it and the influence of profit considerations on the medical-industrial complex as a whole. We are left, sadly, to hoping our doctor prescribes the right thing at the right time for our individual needs and circumstances!

In education, we’re losing an entire year of development from pre-K through post-graduate programs. The balkanization/anti-social behavior created by social media has now been institutionalized in “remote learning”, where the vast majority of students are learning little and becoming more and more socially inept. Millions of parents looking over the shoulders of their children as they watch/listen to their teachers on tablets are shocked at what their kids are being taught. Forget the three r’s….it’s woke indoctrination 24/7!

Our military and police forces are demoralized. It’s now accepted that they fight for the man or woman next to them instead of the principles of freedom, democracy or defense of the homeland. Never has the term “enemies from within” been more used or appropriate!

Politics has descended into megalomaniacal warfare – win at all costs, no holds barred, “if we have the power we can make things right” utopian lunacy. To see grownups behave like petulant adolescents, insolent malcontents, snickering brats…it’s disgusting and the Chinese, even the Europeans, are laughing at how puerile, superficial and petty our so-called leaders have become. To watch Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, the Squad, Swalwell, Schiff, Abrams and their ilk, and of course the cream of the crop, Biden and Harris, speak much less appear in public and attempt to say anything useful or uplift in any meaningful way, is to get that burning sensation when a burp comes up one’s gullet just a little.

Projection – the displacement of one’s feelings or actions onto another is the basis for all rhetoric coming out of the mouths of the Left. If we want to know what they’re doing, just listen to what they accuse the Right of! It’s like that childish, “I know you are but what am I,” phrase.

But wait. 

There is the other half or more of the country that doesn’t just sense our way of life slipping away from us, but is angry at what’s happening. Because we care about doing what’s right and acting, for the most part, in a civilized manner, we mutter to ourselves, wave flags in defiance and at our most active, call or write our congressman and women decrying the insanity. But we all sense that something is building…a righteous indignation that is a dam about to burst.

There is a quiet crying out for leadership that will right the ship as it lists in the violent, tossing waves. We’re muzzled, we’re scoffed at, we’re being treated like losers. BUT WE’RE RIGHT, and I don’t just mean politically and socially Right! Something DOES stink and it’s still the majority of Americans who recognize it, not just half or less.

And by leadership I mean, and I’ve said this before, an attractive, articulate, traditional statesman who can not just bludgeon the Left, but make it sexy, cool and desirable to be Right and Good again! He (or she) has to be tough as nails, take no BS from the media, espouse, exude and teach correct principles to the half of the population that is so dumb-downed it doesn’t even recognize it, and lift everyone up whether they no what’s good for them or not!

Perhaps it’s a military leader with civilian persuasion skills. Perhaps it’s another businessman who can navigate the political minefields and persuasively help us reconnect with our traditional roots, the roots that made us the greatest nation on earth. Perhaps, just perhaps, it’s Trump 2.0!

So this Christmas I’m hopeful. I’m certainly prayerful, and I pray there is something that can be done to prevent a Biden/Harris/Puppeteer administration from happening, as well as a takeover of the Senate by the Democrats which truly would spell disaster given their beyond stupid policies, positions, tendencies and downright evil designs. May we turn to the example of the Lord Jesus Christ and turn the other cheek, (while lopping off the head of the Leftist monster that seeks to devour us)… and may we have a happier New Year!  

Endgame

So, the Electoral College submitted their votes, and even Newsmax reluctantly dubbed Biden “President Elect”, but seven states also registered competing votes!

I will never accept that the American People selected a bumbling, demented, hyper-corrupt puppet spewing nothing but carefully crafted verbal diarrhea as its leader. President Trump must use every legal power he has to arrest this national travesty of an election and ensure Biden, and more accurately, Harris, never take office. I for one will support him because our constitutional republic teeters in the balance.

Where do we go from here?

The tsunami of, frankly, unadulterated nonsense that it’s all over, Biden won and we need to “move on” seems overwhelming. What’s been interesting to see is who continues to fight for the truth and the proper result to this election, and who has capitulated to the Leftist mob. So many Republicans have given up… they represent the professional political class worried only about their own skins. “Live to fight another day” is their cry!

To that I throw the BS flag! They’re cowards, weaklings and deserve to be thrown off the field of battle for their treason. How ANY self-respecting, elected GOP legislator or executive could let this travesty of an election stand disgusts me.

But I digress. As I have stated numerous times, I will not concede unless Trump does. I earlier said I’d concede if the Supreme Court rules Biden won, but they haven’t. They’ve used procedural arguments to absolve themselves of responsibility for this fiasco. From what little I know of jurisprudence, the door is still very much open to the right case brought before them, but so far it appears the only way this debacle will be rectified is with some pretty dramatic action on Trump’s part: the invocation of his 2018 Executive Order, the rejection of the Electoral College vote count on January 5th, or the ignoring of the fallacious Democrat electoral votes when they are read by Vice President Pence.

This situation is so dire, and the Democrats’ deceit, fraud and felonies so egregious, I hope the boom gets lowered on these despicable, megalomaniacal oxygen wasters!

And that just might happen!

I have not given up and will fight, with words and as much influence as I can wield, till it’s over.

And it ain’t over!

Stalwart, Steadfast

It’s December 7th, the anniversary of Pearl Harbor, and as each day goes by the evidence of election fraud keeps growing and the flak meant to obscure the truth gets thicker. Turn on the vast majority of ‘news’ programs and it’s all about what ‘President-Elect” Biden will do in his first term. “It’s a done deal, stick a fork in it, Trump and the 70+ million who voted for him are just whining, sore losers.” “The people have spoken, Biden will be inaugurated in January.”

To all that I throw the BS flag down on the field and remain steadfast in the following:

a) the election was flawed from the start;

b) There was a deliberate exploitation by the Democrats of the security loopholes to manufacture fraudulent vote totals for Biden,

c) This is still 2020. That means expect the unexpected, and

d) I will not concede this election until Trump does and/or the Supreme Court rules that it’s over.

As Alinsky preached and Cloward and Piven extrapolated, the way to “fundamentally transform” America is to “overwhelm the system”…create so much chaos that the people give up fighting and look to the government to “save” them. Sound kinda like what we see today?

Except these three radicals fundamentally underestimated the Good in the majority of Americans who believe in freedom, self-determination, fairness, truth and other traditional principles that are the underpinning of this great land! Americans who cherish these things will hold the line and defend them against the writhing Evil that is, desperately trying to consume the Good.

The cheating, fraud and manipulation of the vote was so widespread across the country, and particularly in the corrupt strongholds in various key cities, that it threatens to overwhelm the legal, political and societal outcry that is pushing back.Our system of justice has been so weaponized and become so complex and ambiguous that the Democrats seem to be able to swat the challenges aside like flies.

Which of the state legislatures has enough courage to stand and assert power over the appointment of or withholding of electors? Which judges have the moral courage and conviction to call time out on this cataclysmic and monumental travesty of an election? Do 5 or 6 justices of SCOTUS have the wisdom and strength to halt the insanity and right this ship before it goes under? Will we look back at this moment as the moment the forces of Evil overran the Good, or the moment when the Evil onslaught was halted in its tracks and Good prevailed? THIS TRULY IS A TIPPING POINT for our country and western civilization.

The war ebbs and flows, but Truth, Right and Good will ultimately prevail over the Cabal that is so against them.

May the clarion call for truth and freedom remain loud, clear and unwavering and may God bless our nation, our leaders and our institutions to do what is Right!

Is Your Seatbelt Still Fastened?

It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving. As many predicted, since November 4th what we’ve seen is a S#$% Show. I have been glued to my go-to channels trying to decipher every move being made by the adversaries in what I believe amounts to a battle for the soul of our nation.

Things are moving so fast and are so confusing it’s difficult to keep up. Take for example what happened in Georgia yesterday. Learning that election officials planned to wipe the November 3rd election data from the voting machines Team Trump filed for an emergency injunction in Federal Court to stop what would have amounted to destruction of evidence. The judge granted the injunction. The Leftist defendants went into action and within a couple of hours the judge reversed his decision on a technicality. The Parler-sphere (what used to be the Twitter-sphere) exploded crying “foul”! Late last night the judge reversed again, slapping the injunction back on. Can you imagine the frenzy of lawyers crowded around the bench in the courtroom arguing this? AND THIS IS JUST ONE STATE!

I don’t really know where this is going to end up. I said months ago that the Democrats’ strategy was to create chaos and run out the clock. That’s precisely what they did in what in retrospect looks like a truly spy-novel-worthy way. In my head and heart I cannot nor will I ever believe that Joe Biden won the election. As jubilant as the Left is that he did, I don’t even think THEY believe it, even less perhaps than we did when Trump won in 2016!

Proving Trump won and Biden lost, or at least reaching the Supreme Court with evidence that the whole election was sufficiently tainted that a so-called “contingent election” is absolutely necessary (see Article 2, Section 1 and the 12th Amendment) is a legal and political cat and mouse game played in a labyrinth. If the State legislatures don’t step up sufficiently to represent the people’s true wishes, I hope and pray SCOTUS will look beyond deadline dates and technicalities to save our nation from what would be the greatest debacle and injustice ever perpetrated on the American people.

Yesterday, I penned a letter to the Supreme Court Justices that I published on Parler. It summarizes where I am at this point.

Dear SCOTUS Justices,

The vast majority of Americans know the Nov 3rd election was fraught with irregularities and violations of state and federal statutes at least, and at worst, unprecedented fraud. We are at a huge disadvantage trying to ferret out the truth of who honestly won the election. We want justice but are ill-equipped to seek and obtain it given the complexities of our judicial system. Justice would consist of a transparent and honest audit of the results, or if that is impossible, proceeding forth with a contingent election per Article Two, Section 1, clause 3 and the 12th Amendment. Either can only happen if YOU decide they can.

Thanksgiving 2020

It’s difficult to toss out the words “Happy Thanksgiving” today. Today, while we have much to be grateful for, we also have much to be alarmed, appalled, astonished and angry about! How many of us have turned ‘2020’ into an expletive and said something to the effect of “Can’t wait till 2021!”

On this Thanksgiving Day let’s not forget:

1) It was Lincoln, our first Republican President, who established the last Thursday in November as a holiday “for Thanksgiving and Praise”;

2) The Republican Party was founded as an ANTI-SLAVERY party, i.e. on the principle of FREEDOM for all.

Today, our freedom is blatantly under attack by bureaucrats who think they will help us by denying us freedom and making us increasingly reliant on THEM.

We have been bleeding freedom from a thousand cuts through my lifetime. Today as my wife and I sit down to dinner WITHOUT OUR FAMILY AROUND US we will try to remember the freedoms we still have, but we will mourn those we’ve lost. Tomorrow, with renewed courage, I for one will continue to do everything in my power to fight the metastatic cancer of totalitarianism, collectivism, the Nanny State, in short, LEFTISM, that is palpably rampant throughout our republic.

May freedom-loving, self-reliant, hardworking, God-fearing and charitable American patriots everywhere be thankful for what freedoms we have left and valiantly stand shoulder-to-shoulder together in this fight against against Evil, encroaching tyranny, and the “enemies foreign and domestic” trying to “fundamentally transform” our nation and society!

And may God bless America in this time of crisis!

Goodbye Wall Street Journal

I’ve been a Wall Street Journal subscriber for over fifty (!) years. Today I cancelled my subscription. The paper has been exhibiting increasing left-wing bias for some time now, and today a straw broke the camel’s back. It was a headline that appeared on my iPhone something to the effect of, “Trump moves ahead with transition to Biden after weeks of delay.”

It was that gratuitous, sniveling, “after weeks of delay” that really angered me. Not only was the WSJ among the first to start calling Biden the President Elect, but the editorial content and articles it has published concerning the election have virtually all capitulated to the Leftist, “woke” script. I can’t take it anymore.

The Journal used to be a voice of conservatism and while I understand that the Trump phenomenon has undermined the traditional support of corporate and financial America for the Republican Party, never would I have suspected that the WSJ would abandon the vast Silent Majority in an attempt to keep in the good graces of big business.

Here’s where the GOP rift now occurs. It’s big business against the upper middle, middle and working-modest-means population, what I will call America Firsters , a HUGE swath of our country! The WSJ is betting that it can ignore them while genuflecting in front of the multinational corporations.

I know something about this. I was a multinational and merchant banker for many years. While American based multinational banks and corporations started out as AMERICAN companies stretching their business models abroad, they have become something else. They have become TRANSNATIONAL businesses, with their focus almost exclusively on the top and bottom lines.

The Wall Street Journal has followed suit.

I support big business. Without it we would never have the defense and energy capabilities we now have. But Big Tech, and Big Pharma, and Big Banking…sorry, but you’ve lost me.

I will from this point forth be getting my financial news and data from other sources: the less they are tied to Big (aka Fake News) Media and the more independent they are, the better. These include Newsmax, One America News, Zero Hedge and direct market quotes form the exchanges. I’ll still listen, for the moment, to Maria Bartiromo, Stu Varney, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity, but whether I continue to do so remains to be seen.

From one of our readers regarding the comments by Canadian Dr. Roger Hodkinson stating COVID-19 is the “Greatest hoax every perpetuated on an unsuspecting public.“

“Perfect example of the “silent majority” position. Funny enough, we’re not silent because we want to be anymore, we’re silent b/c we’re censored, shamed by (I like the term he used) virtue signaling, and (frankly) bullying. Intelligent people know damn well that if you buck and the left targets you – you can lose your credibility, your livelihood, your freedom and it’s extremely tough to put that at risk. The media has become the Leftist’s version of the Gestapo. You didn’t “Heil Hitler” you were suspect and could be thrown in jail or worse. You don’t wear a mask…well, how far are we from being tossed in a cell for that? And that’s just one example…

Yet, right-thinking, logical people are the “fascists”.
