Here’s How I Predict Things Will Go Down

Primary season has officially begun. Let me begin with the caveat: BARRING ANY CATACLYSMIC/BLACK SWAN EVENT, the 2024 Election will be the nastiest, bloodiest, most disgraceful, embarrassing and most controversial one yet.

It’s always “the most important election in our lifetime”. That’s like saying, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life,” or “If you get to that fork in the road, take it!”.

I still believe a Black Swan or worse, and “Unknown Unknown” event will take place between now and the election. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the term Black Swan, the Wikipedia description isn’t bad: “an event that comes as a surprise, has a major effect, and is often inappropriately rationalized after the fact with the benefit of hindsight. The term is based on an ancient saying that presumed black swans did not exist, until they were discovered in Australia in 1697, and it then became reinterpreted to mean an unforeseen and consequential event.

Given the chaos that we are now experiencing, I also wouldn’t rule out the “Unknown Unknown”. In 2002 Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld explained, “There are known knowns. There are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns. That is to say, we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don’t know we don’t know.”

So, I think either a Black Swan or an Unknown Unknown event (I distinguish between the two only by degree of surprise and impact) will take place before the election.

But barring one of these:

  1. Trump will win the GOP nomination by March.
  2. Biden will win the Dem nomination by March.
  3. In August or latest September 2024 Biden will announce he will not stand for re-election thereby, per the Dem rules, the DNC will appoint a candidate, either Newsome, Michelle or someone who is being groomed right now and will come out of the woodwork.
  4. The nastiness and skullduggery of the DNC as they continue to try to take down Trump will reach unprecedented heights and civil war will ensue in checkout lines and across breakfast and dinner tables.
  5. If the GOP can get their forces aligned and their messaging right, and if they will do WHATEVER IT TAKES TO ENSURE THAT ONLY LEGITIMATE VOTES ARE COUNTED, i.e. DEMAND observation access to the key polling sites around the country where we got screwed in 2020…
  6. Trump will win the election decisively. The GOP will win the Senate and barely retain the House.
  7. The Left will go nuts. There will be civil unrest/demonstrations/riots/destruction that will make the Occupy Wall Street, Hands Up Don’t Shoot, George Floyd, CHAZ, CHOP and January 6th riots look like playground squabbles.
  8. Martial law will be declared.
  9. There will be numerous attempts on Trump’s life. All will be foiled. He will be sworn in January 2025 and will immediately begin to clean up the Swamp, with mixed results.
  10. The REAL insurrection of the Left will continue and the four most tumultuous years in U.S. history will begin (you don’t think the Left is going to stand down do you???!!!)

So much can and will happen between now and January 2025 that I know I’m going to have to modify this prediction, but as I see it right now, that’s what’s going to happen.

We’ll see. Keep your seatbelts fastened.

How Can Anyone With A Brain Vote Democrat?

I’ve been trying to answer this question for years. With what’s presently going on here in America but also around the world, the mess having been created and perpetuated by Leftist/Democrat ideology and policy, the question is acutely relevant.

I’ve written in the past about how a dumb-downed, feeble-minded, intellectually lazy and lemming-like half of the nation or the honestly naive (e.g. children) get their news, thus their perception of reality, from the propagandist-legacy media, “The View”, late-night ‘comedy’, social media, among themselves at cocktail parties, play-dates, and worst of all, from college lecterns and from behind teachers’ desks. Even children’s cartoons have a Left-slant to them. Have you ever noticed how adults/parents, particularly those with traditional views, are always portrayed in them as doofuses, bad guys, tyrants, unfair, authoritarians, clueless or inept?

I’ve argued that no amount of logic, no amount of REAL reality, no actual consequences phase Democrats. They continue to vote and act in concert. Leftist ideology is constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY, shoved into our faces and into our ears. For those without either the will or the ability to use even an ounce of critical thinking; for those unwilling or unable to recognize cause and effect and the impact of Democrat policies on their daily lives; for those who’s perception of reality is formed by high-production-value Hollywood propaganda… it’s ingrained. It’s imprinted.

I’m reminded of a frightening scene from the Will Smith movie, “I am Legend”. It’s a post-apocalyptic thriller where zombie-humans come out at night to kill and eat anything living but during the day hide in dark places because they are repelled by sunlight. One day the protagonist’s dog goes missing. He follows him into a dark garage and comes upon a group of zombies clumped together, all facing inward, moving only slightly as they breathe heavily. THIS is what Democrats remind me of! They clump. They all look the same, repeat the same words, vote the same way, irrespective of what it does to them and those around them!

Another author, Greg Salsbury, writing in American Thinker had a complementary spin on the answer to the question.

He suggests in his article: Understanding the ‘Always Blue’ Mindest (American Thinker 11/19/23) that “simple association” is what drives Democrats in zombie-esq fashion to pull the blue lever at each election. By association he means the constant barrage of “Red is bad, Blue is good”, in-your-face messaging that really does brainwash a brain-addled thus receptive population. As he states, “The concept of “Always vote blue, no matter who” has been programmed into tens of millions of voters.”

A conclusion he reaches, with which I mostly agree, is “Republicans must understand that there are no magic facts or talking points, no silver bullet arguments, no game-changing photographic or videographic evidence that will suddenly open the eyes of most Democrats. Gravity still exists, and so does the “always blue” mindset. Republicans need to forget conversion and focus on the base and independents—exclusively.“

However, in my opinion, concentrating on the base and independents (do the latter really exist? – a topic for another time) is not enough. Couple the corruption, cheating, rigging, ballot-stuffing and other Democrat tactics to steal elections with the impact of attractive and enticing “celebrities” touting Leftist drivel with the implication that Blue is Good, Red is Bad and we will get the kind of results we got in the elections a couple of weeks ago and are at risk of losing big next November!

THE ONLY WAY to counter this tsunami of cancerous and evil indoctrination is to encourage the few celebrities with brains and courage to create the reverse association: Red is good, Blue is bad. It’s happening in small drips and drabs already. If only we could get rid of Ronna McDaniel and all the rest of the tired and anachronistic GOP implants and replace them with fighter, competent, articulate, Celebrity-Leaders who could face the media and champion conservative principles, then MAYBE we’d have a chance to turn our country around. Kari Lake would be an obvious choice but there are many others who could fill the bill. How about Tom Selleck, or Dana Loesch, or Tom Brady or someone like them (I’m just throwing darts here…)

That SOMEONE is out there. He or she, like us, has had enough and has the courage and is sufficiently secure to speak out, speak loudly, instruct, influence and convince the brain-addled that the path to greater peace and prosperity is through Conservative/Traditional policies and actions…

Red is Good. Blue is Bad. Rinse, repeat.

Did Mike Pence “Follow the Constitution”?

On stage at the first Republican debate the other night the anti-Trumpers sided with Mike Pence with lines like,

“Mike followed the Constitution” and “Mike did his duty.” In my opinion, whether he did or not is nuanced, not black or white.

Why is it that the Democrats can bend (and BREAK) and interpret laws, regulations and the Constitution itself with impunity but Republicans can’t?

Why do you think Trump’s opponents for the 2024 nomination are coming down on the side of “Mike did the right thing?” when if you pressed them in a sidebar conversation, each would either willingly or be forced to admit that there is ambiguity in the process by which electoral college votes are processed. (Should you wish to read a thorough analysis of just how ambiguous and problematic this issue is, I refer you to the Hoover Institute’s excellent analysis on the subject entitled: “Who Counts?: The Twelfth Amendment, the Vice President, and the Electoral Count” available here.)

The bottom line of Hoover’s argument is: 1) Indeed, the Vice President has the authority to resolve disputes concerning electoral votes; 2) The Electoral Count Act of 1887 is unconstitutional but 3) the fact that the states certified the election results (hastily, improperly and unconstitutionally) and thus the electors themselves, the presentation of alternative slates of electors by numerous states was moot.

In short, the governors (e.g. Brian Kemp of Georgia) who allowed the results and electors to be certified out of fear, coercion, cowardice, or whatever…THEY are to blame for not exerting their authority to thwart the illegal election processes. THEY are to blame for allowing their fear of COVID to alter constitutional and legal processes for conducting the elections in their states.

Thus, Mike Pence may not, according to Hoover, have had the authority to do anything but count the votes as he received them.

BUT IF HE HAD HAD REAL COURAGE, IF HE HAD NOT COW-TOWED TO THE VOICES DEMANDING HE DO NOTHING ELSE BUT COUNT THE VOTES….HAD HE SAID, AT THE RISK OF BRINGING DOWN OVERWHELMING LEFTIST IRE ON HIMSELF, “WAIT A MINUTE! THERE ARE LEGITIMATE QUESTIONS REGARDING THE LEGITIMACY OF THIS ELECTION. LET’S PAUSE AND TAKE A FEW DAYS TO REVIEW WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE”, the result might have been the same, i.e. the LEFT/DEMOCRATS would have still prevailed because the damage had already been done and there was no putting the toothpaste back into the tube. And due to our processes of adjudicating disputes small and large, the painstaking and foot-dragging processes that the Democrats count on would have meant we really would have a Constitutional crisis. But at least he wouldn’t like so many other political weaklings, have bent over backwards around and up his own posterior end to “just move on”.

And we have a constitutional crisis ANYWAY!!! If you don’t think we’re in crisis now, your head is buried in the sand or you’ve been asleep for the last 6 years!

The Democrats will not hesitate for an instant to lie, cheat, steal, deflect, demean, digress, dissemble, distract, bludgeon, shout-down, unitedly marshal their forces in the pursuit of power, money and advancing their warped and destructive ideologies.

So when Trump’s opponents buy into the anti-Trump rhetoric in order to be more likeable to the independents, they demonstrate why politics is such a dirty, disgusting enterprise. Exhibit A: Chris Christie is the archetype of the political swamp rat…he is our Al Sharpton, our Jesse Jackson, our Sheila Jackson Lee, our Stacy Abrams. Except that he’s willing to eat his own in order to gain power and money. They, on the other hand, clearly reflected the views of their lemming Leftist followers and had no need to contravene their leaders. But the act is the same. Shrill, disjointed, lacking basis in fact, but with great production (i.e. sound-bite) values!

So where does this leave us? I honestly can’t predict what will happen between now and November 2024 but I can almost certainly guarantee that A LOT WILL!

Could The Tide Be Turning?

It’s depressing to witness what’s happened to our country over the last ten to fifteen years. The leftist ideologues since the 60’s have infested and polluted every one of our institutions. There is no need to list all the evidence of leftist infiltration and rot here. Readers are well aware of it all (see my previous “Sitrep” post).

But there’s a whiff of fresh air amid all the leftist pollution. It’s just a whiff, but there is cause for optimism that the pendulum may have started to swing to the Right, that the long slide down the slippery slope has stopped, or at least slowed. I suggest readers read Ian MacConnell’s excellent March 2023 article in American Thinker for an inspiring and hopeful look at the landscape.

As he notes, the turning point, in retrospect, may have been Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter last October 2022.

Twitter’s penetration and influence cannot be denied. Truth or falsehood, it became the journal of record, and it was exclusively dominated by the Left. It was utilized very effectively to brainwash whole swaths of society.

Musk’s purchase began to peel the onion of leftist control, indoctrination, ideology. For the first time, the corruption we on the Right always knew about and spoke of was exposed to the masses, the already brainwashed, the dumbed down who inhabited and dominated the “Twitter-Verse.”

In the last few weeks leading up to the 2022 election the “Twitter Files” exposed how the federal government hid a ton of information from the public on everything from COVID to the Hunter laptop. They exposed how conservatives were censored and cancelled. The result was not the red wave we were all expecting, but, thank God, we at least got back the House!

And despite the rocky start, Kevin McCarthy started some of the payback so sorely and urgently needed. Among other things, he kicked the Swalwell and Schiff scum off committees. He started investigations into the leftist corruption, appointing the solid James Comer and Jim Jordan to lead the inquiries.

Now, the general public, even those who watch MSNBC and CNN, know about the corruption: of the FBI, the DOJ, the Bidens. They now know the January 6th narrative was nonsense, about all the lies and misinformation surrounding COVID, about the canceling and censorship of anyone who spoke against leftist ideology.

What’s happened to FOX News is a harbinger. Aside from Trump hurting the Rupert Murdoch’s feelings, their viewership growth had stalled. In a bid to gain viewers from the Left, it moved more to the middle in its reporting and its opinion shows, allowing leftist commentators more and more airtime. The Murdoch sons, upon inheriting the helm from their father, advanced the leftist slide at the network until the pressure to go full woke got to the point where it fired or lost various conservative hosts. The last straw was firing Tucker Carlson. Bad move.

Jumping on the leftist bandwagon, Anheuser Busch and Disney not to mention scores of other ESG/DEI compliant companies, also went full woke. The Bud Light and Disney results are evidence of the backlash to which I’m referring.

School board meetings where parents, particularly mama-bears, have drawn the line, the leftist media forced to cover the Biden corruption, more and more whistleblowers appearing before Congressional Committees publicly exposing the leftist rot in all our institutions…all of these represent the beginnings of what may be a turn in our country’s fortunes.

Now, if we can just clean up the elections and eliminate the censorship so we don’t have a repeat of 2020 and 2022 (we SHOULD have had a RED WAVE!!!) , take back the Presidency and the Senate and hold the House, so long as we can keep the RINO’s and Swamp Republicans on a leash, we may, just may, be able to start the long climb back up the slippery slope to restore America to its traditional roots and rightful place in the world.

Fingers crossed, hands clasped, arms folded in hope and prayer.

This Is Exactly What I Said We Should Be Afraid Of

It’s Wednesday morning, May 24, 2023 and DeSantis is expected to announce his candidacy this evening. The mudpies are being crafted, the consultants and strategists, pundits and minions are all girding for battle. And we on the Right will be witness to a completely unnecessary duel that will make us look like fools, take the heat off the REAL fools in the Administration, drain economic and political capital resources, further polarize the Right and potentially result in some woke Leftist walking into the Oval Office in January 2025 without having to utter a word.

When, if ever, will anti-woke, patriotic Traditionalists, whether conservative, MAGA, moderate, reactionary, Old Guard or Populist America First realize that we’re in a wrestling match with pigs. None of the previous rules matter. Civility, truth, statesmanlike persuasion, FACTS, REALITY…all are out the window!

If this country is to be saved, we have to adopt the Jack Bauer persona FIGHTING LIKE HELL for what’s right NO MATTER WHAT!

Aren’t you as shocked as I that the country could go so far downhill SO FAST into the unrecognizable chaos and bizarro-world we now see? Yeah, well it has and I’m reminded of the old saying, “Some people make things happen. Some people watch things happen. Some people wonder, “What happened”?

The wake up calls, the handwriting on the walls IN NEON LIGHTS have been here since Clinton came out of nowhere and started peddling recycled hippie tropes from the 60’s to the delight of the lazy, uneducated, brain-addled Millennials and Gen Xr’s. Like cancer, liberal became virulent WOKE and has now metastasized to every corner of our society such that now we actually need a counter-revolution to save the country.

Who best to lead this fight? I will vote for ANYONE who runs against the Democrat candidate.

But as one of my favorite authors, Kurt Schlichter put it:

“The GOP’s decision in 2024 is solely over the identity of the general who will take command. Will it be the cold, calculating, ruthlessly effective DeSantis, or the unstoppable juggernaut that is Donald Trump? Both will rain down destruction upon our enemies – Ron the precision Hellfire and Don the massive MOAB.

The real difference between the two is electability – that is, who is most likely to win in the general election? The polls are all over the place and useless 18 months out, but we do have some indicators. The 2020 election, and subsequent ones, show Trump has a sub-majority ceiling. That’s a problem and it’s not likely to change – he threaded the needle once and maybe he can do it again, but hoping to get lucky twice is not a plan. The fact is that some people, including Republicans who should know better, irrationally hate him and will never vote for him. Of course, some Republicans will never vote for anyone else. We know both guys hate wokeness, communism, crime and all the other aspects of the Democrat agenda. What we need to know is how they each propose to win in PA, GA, AZ, MI, and WI.

This race is about winning and only about winning.”

IMHO, while I viscerally dislike Trump’s style, his playground bully persona, his inability to string two English sentences together without repeating himself five times… in these perilous, no-holds-barred times, we need a STREET FIGHTER to lead the Counter Revolution. Trump has proven himself to be just that. DeSantis, so good in so many ways, doesn’t have the brawling prowess that Trump has. DeSantis has the potential to become the statesmanlike heir to the American Renaissance that is needed post the War that will have to be fought by a Republican in the White House in the next Administration. Either could defeat the Democrats in 2024 given a fair election (a critical caveat…see my earlier posts on the subject of Election Integrity), but not only do we need to defeat the Left, the SWAMP has to be dismantled, and a bully will be needed to accomplish that.

The moving parts, wild cards and potential Black Swans out there for the next 18 months are simply too numerous to allow a serious prognostication as to what WILL happen. What I hope DOES happen is that somehow the coming internecine battle sorts itself out without too much irrevocable damage such that we can unite, clean up the system and restore America to what it should be. My hope and prayer is that the coming battle between the Trump and DeSantis factions doesn’t destroy the Traditionalist army needed to defeat and cast on the ash-heap of history the evil, Leftist ideology threatening to take over our world.

Keep your seat belts fastened, and

ELECTION INTEGRITY, ELECTION INTEGRITY, ELECTION INTEGRITY…NOTHING MATTERS MORE!

Oh, and in case the headline didn’t get my point across, ELECTION INTEGRITY has to be the paramount subject! Not enough is being done about this, especially in the swing states which will determine the outcome of the 2024 Election.

Every day there’s another poll, another talking head explaining how there’s no way Biden could win next year. “Trump will win the Primary but lose the General” is another meme.

I can’t overstate what underlies all of this posturing and campaigning and polling, etc.

IT’S WHO COUNTS THE VOTES, NOT WHO VOTES THAT MATTERS!!!!

As Jay Valentine points out yet again in his straightforward, persuasive, common sense  and thoughtful way, (see article in American Thinker HERE), there isn’t ANY Republican candidate: not Trump, not DeSantis, not the Lord Jesus Christ, who can win in 2024 the way the Democrats have rigged the system.

If what happened in 2020 and in the Supreme Court of Wisconsin election this year doesn’t hit us in the face like the Binaca blast, we’re dreaming, in denial or have just been so ground down to the point that we’ve given up.

Can anything be done about this? Is there any way our election system can be repaired in a few short months so it reflects the will of the American people, not the will of the Leftist Cabal?

I honestly don’t think it can. No amount of money put into advertising, in pointing out the obvious, in trying to inspire the electorate…means a damn thing if the corruption is not rooted out of the election process.

I continue to maintain that either a Black Swan, Unknown-Unknown Event or Divine Intervention will be needed to neutralize the corruption, send the cheaters and criminals back under their rocks and repair our constitutional republic.

By definition, if we can speculate what that Black Swan might consist of it wouldn’t be an Unknown-Unknown. Truly, something monumental, a universal ‘tipping point’, a cataclysmic Paradigm Shift is what will be needed to save our country.

God help us if a woke or incompetent Democrat is seated in the White House come January 2025, if true conservatives don’t have supermajorities in the House and Senate. Even if the GOP controls both the Executive and Legislative branches It will still take a generation to reverse this slide down the slippery slope to ruin.

But we must not, we cannot, we may not stop fighting to retrieve what’s left of our sanity, our integrity, our humanity.

And what does “fighting” mean? It means sending letters to the RNC, to Trump, to DeSantis, to the other candidates, to our senators and congressmen placing Jay Valentine’s article in front of them.  It’s also sending letters to the major and minor media outlets giving them a piece of your mind. It’s attending Town Hall meetings and not just listening, but speaking up when woke idiocracy is spouted by those on the dais. It’s courageously speaking up in a restaurant or McDonalds when some green-haired snowflake begins acting out and telling them to “shut up”, sit down and behave themselves.

It also means preparing for the worst, placing our heads on swivels and being prepared to physically defend ourselves, our loved ones, our friends and our homes if the Leftist mob comes down our street to attack us.

Now is the time to prepare. If and when things go South, it will be too late.

Nothing Between Now and November 2024 Matters More Than Election Integrity

The shenanigans perpetrated by the Left for over 40 years has kept the Silent Majority silent. If you believe Biden received 81 Million LEGITIMATE votes, stop reading. You’re so hopelessly brainwashed, dumb or weak-minded you are part of the problem. If you know damn well that, by legal means or not, the 2020 and 2022 (and many long before these) elections were “rigged”, “stolen” or so many outcomes altered by the Left’s activities (i.e. “War Machine”), then read on.

Unless we restore integrity to our voting system we’ll never in the future have a representative democracy. It’s that simple.

“Clean up voter rolls”, we cry!

The reality is that the Democrats have baked fraud into every state’s voter rolls. Any attempt to remove dead voters, for example, is thwarted by decades of legal precedent firmly ensconced.

I recently came across the work of the Omega4America Project. Its approach to cleaning voter rolls and moving the election integrity work forward is refreshingly different and early evidence suggests it works. I STRONGLY urge my readers read the following article by Jay Valentine that describes how fractal analysis, if adopted in the swing states, would reveal the TRUE outcome of elections in the future.

It was ugly, but we’ll take the win. My worst case scenario materialized – we took the House but not the Senate. Blame can be placed wherever you want. Firing Nancy Pelosi and being able to block the Biden administration idiocy and masochism was a critical precedent for climbing back up the slippery slope.

Trump running? If, and that’s a huge if, he can stay on message and not revert to his childish name-calling and belittling tactics, he just might, and it’s a tough bet, win over enough independents to win in 2024. Some big if’s there. More likely, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, is tired of the antics, the self-aggrandizement, the narcissism, the self-promotion. If he’d just act his age instead of like a schoolyard bully who put on a clean shirt to run for student body president, we have a shot at winning it all in 2024. But if the Dems recruit Tulsi Gabbard or Joe Manchin or some similarly popular and populist figure, Trump will go down in flames.

As much as we’d like to think that performance record is the determining factor in how people pull the lever on election day, it ain’t! This election proved that. How on earth could the Red Wave not have materialized given the Left’s performance record?

They won because of OTHER factors: visceral factors; clever marketing and merchandising; good production values in the pro and con messaging, and, of course, exploitation of the rule changes, habitual and proven cheating methods and above all, the hundreds of millions of dollars of free propaganda supplied by the main stream media.

That Lurch (Fetterman) could have won in Pennsylvania, or pre-adolescent Hobbs in Arizona, is testament to the gullibility of the masses and the ability of the MSM to manipulate perception, thus reality.

So on we go. If this next House doesn’t get its act together and learn how to fight, how to use their newly acquired power to stymie the Left’s agenda and fully expose, prosecute and perp-walk their rampant corruption, the pendulum will swing back to the dark side ever more powerfully next time.

You can’t win by pointing out the other guy’s a fool. You have to beat him at his own game, and if you’re not fighting on your chosen ground but his, i.e. on a field occupied by dumbed-down, dependent losers, you have to be a better Santa Claus. Parents have the hardest time teaching their children right and wrong. The GOP are the adult parents, and the Democrat Left are, predominantly, the immature, dysfunctional, self-absorbed and prodigal children.

Time for some tough love. I hope McCarthy and the GOP can apply it.

The elephant in my room is large and gray. Why did we not crush/sweep/bury the Democrats in this election? With, ostensibly, 75% of the American public saying we’re going in the wrong direction, with inflation, an open border, unchecked crime, energy dependence, stunted education, outright lying, corruption and tyranny at every level of government, with candidates like Fetterman and Hobbs and Hochul even in contention, with so-called leadership in the hands of incompetents and fools like Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, etc., how could there have been any question but that the Republicans would sweep the Democrats from control of Congress?

Sorry to disappoint, but I’m not going to answer the question. There are analysts and pundits wracking their brains and working overtime trying to figure it out.

Frankly, I feared this might happen. Our elation and excitement, then our pre-election hubris was a warning sign.

As I’ve noted a hundred times, the Left was and remains bent on creating chaos, just as Alinsky prescribed. Deftly using the propaganda machine on a now-dumbed down populace, they have created perceptions that have shaped reality for at least half and maybe more of us. Chaos so obscures that weak minds can and were and remain susceptible to the lies and nonsense saturating the airwaves, on both sides.

America isn’t just polarized at this point. It’s balkanized! There is no clean dividing line…the ideological landscape is splotchy…pockets of red and blue intermingled but directly proportional to population concentration. By that I mean, where people are concentrated in the cities it’s blue. As the population thins, it goes from pink to red. Why? Because losers, the unproductive huddle where they can be fed and clothed and taken care of, and concentrations of power and money in the hands of a cabal of Leftist megalomaniacs that can be doled out and used to control the people are attractive to the indolent, the unmotivated, the uninformed. They just want their Obama phones!

The productive, the self-reliant, the industrious, lovers of freedom, truth and meritocracy, don’t tend to concentrate at all. The more elbow-room they have, the more free they feel and the more self-determining they can be. They just want to be left alone to care for themselves and their loved ones. They are red.

Step back for a moment and look at how far we as a nation have descended down the slippery slope. We are now questioning the very essence of humanity…what is a man, what is a woman? We legalize brain-altering substances; we force compliance with unproven and as it turns out, ineffective “cures”; a blind eye is turned towards not just petty but even heinous crime; corruption permeates and has destroyed virtually every institution. The media, writ large, dominates our discourse. Gone are dinner table discussions. Gone is civility. Gone is the unifying influence of faith and dedication to country that once guided us.

Ayn Rand is turning in her grave as person after person shoots themselves in the foot! Half of us won’t even be driven by logical self-interest! Rather, we have allowed ourselves to be subjugated to circumstances that HURT US! How stupid can so many of us be?

And it’s not just happening here in the U.S. It is happening all over the Western World. Any student of history will tell you that what we are witnessing is a repeat of the demise of all the great civilizations. We are past the apogee and in a flat spin plummeting towards a state where third world countries and ideologies are now rising while we fall.

This election was expected to be the turning point, a significant advance back up the slippery slope. Instead, we must now regroup back at the bottom, lick our wounds and coalesce so as to fight the cancer that prevents us from healing. However, we need to forget about trying to unify the whole country. We need to unify ourselves first! We need to identify and rally behind a leader or leaders who will inspire us to set aside our rugged individualism for the good of the whole. We need to organize and speak and act with one voice as the Left so successfully does. We need to use their Alinsky techniques on THEM! We must surround, isolate, belittle, neutralize and eradicate the cancer pocket by pocket.

Let’s study what happened and pray the path back up the slippery slope becomes clearer and better lit.
